Brief Reviews: Sandy's website, A People's Choice, details how she will interview clients by phone and provide as much phone support as needed, but neither of these things happened when I used her service. I had completed my questionnaire and wrote her an email letting her know I'd have questions and wanted to speak with her by phone, she just told me to email her. When I emailed her specific questions, the same one 3 different times in fact, she never actually answered it. Some questions were answered but others weren't. She was also very vague about when my papers would be done, even when I pressed her for a specific date, and this was after I received an assurance, before I paid her, that she would get to my case as soon as I agreed to the contract and completed the data entry portion. So I would have to say in my experience that before I agreed to the contract and paid, she was very responsive, but after she received the money, she became less responsive. But perhaps that is just my experience, maybe she isn't this way with everyone. She also interrupted a lot when I did actually talk to her on the phone, sometimes she wouldn't even let me finish my questions and would answer what she thought I was going to ask, and so it was a bit frustrating. Also keep in mind that you will not only have to wait for her time-frame, but then you have to deal with back and forth emails, even if errors are made on her end (since they are PDFs you cannot change the error yourself) and then you have to mail stuff back and forth. And just a heads up, it's not always best to go with a service that will mail your documents to the courthouse, using a local paralegal service where they guarantee to hand deliver your docs to the court might be better if you are under a deadline and want less chance of mistakes, like things getting lost in the mail.
