Brief Reviews: Mr. Runfola helped my family get through a terrible nightmare of a situation. I am the mother of a college student who got into serious trouble with the law. He was perhaps technically guilty of assault, but innocent of the other charges, and didn?t deserve the charges and lengthy possible sentence the prosecutors tried to put on him. John helped my son avoid going to prison entirely. We are incredibly lucky to have found such a meticulous lawyer. He made our lives better, and I hope writing reviews for him on the internet can hopefully help some other folks out if unfortunately you are in the position my family was once in. Mr. Runfola really did the best job any attorney could do given the circumstances. Ita??s incredibly sad to see some of the youtube news clips of some of the cases John defended on his website. Therea??s a young kid on there who was a groupie for Jerry Garcia, probably the most mellow, non-violent musical group there is. It seems like an undercover agent basically pulled an entrapment scheme on the kid, coercing him to find him a drug dealer for a large amount of money. If you watch the video, ita??s just overwhelming that this poor guy got a ten year sentence for his first offense. You have to see it. Ita??s just this harmless fan of music our government basically set up. Somehow John got his sentence reduced to five and was able to free the man, but imagine if this was your child. It is all incredibly sad. Good for the young man for appearing to keep up spirits throughout his time in federal prison.

Brief Reviews: Dawn is the greatest. I am so happy my plan had a local attorney. She meet me the first day I called which was great as it was only day off for the next ten days. She went through my divorce information professionally and in a language I could understand. Yes she talks fast but don't all attornies? I had no problem understanding her and she sat with me way beyond my free half hour consult. When I finally decided to get Divorced I went right back to her. My best friend is also using her for her real estate deal. She said Dawn handled everything when her incompetent realtor dropped the ball.

Brief Reviews: Kevin Mahoney recently represented me in a case for destruction of property and disorderly conduct. He was extremely thorough and persistent, and despite a great deal of evidence against me, he managed to get the felony charge dropped without having to go to trial. I had never been in legal trouble before and had no idea how to proceed, and without his counsel, I am sure that I would have gotten convicted. I know that he had much more important and higher profile cases going on, but I always got the impression that mine was the most important to him. He took the time to understand my situation, explain all of my options in great detail, and always made sure that I knew what was going on. He listened to my specific needs and always acted in my best interest. His knowledge, attention to detail, and general courtroom presence continued to amaze me throughout the entire process. He is not only an excellent lawyer, not only one whom you can count on but one with great moral principals, one who will fight for you, take time to understand you, think for you and goes the extra miles if he needs to...to do all that he can for you....even goes beyond his legal duties and put your life back together for you (if he can) I was charged with Four Felony Counts....I found Mr. Hammerschmidt after consulting with at least (4) lawyers and retaining at least (2) to defend me unsatisfactorily and waste 1 1/2 year and whole bunch of money for very little return.
