Brief Reviews: I had an auto accident in July 2006, where a drunk driver hit me on the freeway and was convicted for his crime. I immediately went to Smith and Hassler for help. After accepting my case and making me sign all these legal documents, THEY NEVER RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS. I was being forwarded to "my lawyer's" voicemail time and time again 6 MONTHS AFTER HE HAD LEFT THE FIRM!!!!! This case should have been an open-shut case, but I still have medical bills pending AND I HAD TO RESOLVE GETTING MY CAR REPAIRED AND OBTAINING A RENTAL CAR. My car insurance GEICO was more helpful during this troublesome time than MY LAWYER! I WOULD STONGLY NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO SMITH AND HASSLER FOR HELP!!!

Brief Reviews: I would seriously consider checking other lawyers before hiring this one, any law firm that is posting bandit signs on the streets of Houston is about as "fly by night" as it gets. Oh and just in case your wondering .....bandit signs are considered "trash" by the law and therefore are against the law.
