Brief Reviews: Very courteous & professional attorney. However be warned if you are purchasing a home you need a buyers real estate agent. The title company can change the closing documents after your real estate attorney reviews them. The so-called final closing documents arent really the final documents. I had a situation with Stewart Title where they changed an item from one column to another which paid the Seller rather than the HOA a large sum of money and I didnt have time to make calls etc. When we asked the Transaction Broker about it she said she didnt know why that happened??? In reflection having a real estate attorney is smart but the Title company can make last minute changes so your attorney does not see them. Learn from my mistake - GET A BUYERS REAL ESTATE AGENT.
