Brief Reviews: I have to agree with sadlyforgotten. The very same thing has happened to my wife and I. We have been married for over 10 years and have four U.S. born children together. She is originally from Mexico and came to the U.S. illegally. We have dealt with the IRS, US Department of State and the Visa Center to try to get her a waiver and some sort of status so she can stay in the U.S. LEGALLY. Over $5000.00 later and more than 6 years of waiting and we are no closer than an approved petition for alien relative. Reina and Bates has all our money and we have a certificate that does nothing but direct us to the U.S. State Department for FURTHER processing and the necessity of my wife to go back to Mexico to await an aprroval of a Visa. This is not a choice we can make. Neither of us has the means of child care as all of her family is in Mexico and I don't have family available to do this for me. So, I suppose Reina and Bates can no longer be of any help. I have since been in consultaion with another attorney who assures us my wife will NOT need to return to Mexico in order to get the waiver from the U.S. State Department as long as we sign a Power of Attorney to allow his office to obtain the documents for us. Reina and Bates just wants us to do all the legwork and reap the profits.
