Brief Reviews: This attorney is being reported to the Bar for not filing for an Accountability after one was filed by me on behalf of my mothers assets. She is now deceased and due to his inaction the Estate was gleaned of many items. I challenge him to produce such things as my mothers jewelry china and insurance policies.This is not the man you want to entrust charge of your Estate to be passed on to your loved ones. BEWARE many things are being swept under the carpet and ignored by this man. I am consulting officials to see if a criminal investigation can be initiated. Furthermore there has been no showing as to what authority actions were taken on behalf of my mothers assets before she passed away. The power of attorney registered at the courthouse could not have come into effect UNLESS my mother was deemed incompetent by two doctors. The family has never seen such documentation. Is and has been denied access to such documentation by all. My Aunt had my mother placed in a home and influenced her in a feeble (at best) state of mind. When I filed for an Accountability this attorney should have sprung into action and investigated the actors. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. My son reports that when he makes inquiries as to the status of the estate this attorney comes off as arrogant and pompous.Good luck if you hire him. Food for thought. This man does not accept credit cards.So although he does not trust you he expects you to trust him! Go figure.
