Brief Reviews: I lived in a J&J property off of Hillcrest. It was terrible! Every month I was hit with extra fees. My rent was never what it was leased out to be. If I didn't pay the twenty or thirty dollars xtra, I was considered late. They also had a habit of going into my property when I was not at home. Since I travelled a lot, this disturbed me. The lady downstairs from me had roaches so bad it was ridiculous. When I asked them to spray, they never came out. My car was vandalized twice. My neighbor had strange noises come from her apartment nightly. Plus, I had to step over them every day to get in the building. I had to also contend with the rear hallway always crowded with my neighbors storage. After repeatedly asked for parking. They told me some man got killed in a security job and his wife was keeping his car in the space that was expected for me. They would never call me, but tell me that they left me a message. I found out Carol (the manager) was sleeping with the mexican fix it man. If you complain, they won't render you any type of service. After my husband's truck was stolen. I moved out. I don't recommend this place.

Brief Reviews: It has been a year and five months and my divorce still isn't finalized for the lack of them not following up or calling me when something was needed. I would leave messages only later to be told my one of the workers there that their voicemail systmem doesn't work. What kind of professional business is run this was. Finally I had to go in and take my file and have an attorney help me.
