Brief Reviews: yeah i got a call the other day saying that i needed to pay some money or they would serve me papers. i called a lawyer in my city and found out the case number this place gave me did not exist in the da's files anywhere. i was for a payday loan. they also did not identify themselves very well. not once did they mention the lawyers name or did he talk to me. they also did not contact me in advance by mail just called me and said to make the payment at a bank that they had a special account in and the call them when i fax a copy of the deposit slip. they gave me the name of the law offices of ars and gave me a 866 nimber to call instead of the office number they call from and would not answer my messages for two days when i asked how they were listed in their phone book. i live in dallas and they are in houston. but not once did the lawyer get on the phone and a lady put me on hold after saying she was going to talk to the lawyer. the way the contacted me and did things was not right. i feel like they were trying to scare me into running to the bank and give them money i don't have and i tryed to explain things but they would not listen. so i am calling their bluff and everyone i asked said they are just trying to scare you in a unprofessional way. they are not doing it in the way law office should they are trying scare people into paying them.
