Brief Reviews: When I first called this place, you would have thought I called a person at a used car dealership desperate to make a sale. That should have been a red flag. However, due to time constraints, the attorney's ability to meet me after work, and having prior familiarity with the area the office is in, I didn't give it a second thought and chose this firm to handle my case. Upon meeting the attorney and adjourning, the attorney stressed to ?send money quickly?. Since then, emails I've sent have not always been addressed quickly, and I have generally had to follow up with a phone call. Once, I called and asked for the attorney. I reached the paralegal, who said he wasn't there, but I could hear him in the background. (If I was supposed to talk to the paralegal, I should have been informed of this in the beginning). Also, the attorney was weak as far as approaching my case strategically. The typical scenario would have him saying ?Well, you're going to have to pay that back?, to which I would follow up with a plan and solicit his input. Isn't that what attorneys are supposed to do? The breaking point for me was when he sent someone from a different law firm to cover for him at the creditor's meeting because the location of the court in the district I lived in was too inconvenient for him. This guy was just out to get a quick buck with the least amount of effort. Next time I have any legal issues, I will shop for another attorney. Actually, the attorney at the creditor's meeting was very nice and helpful, and I will probably use him. Silbiger basically undermined himself.

Brief Reviews: This the worst type of firm to choose from, they only carry about what is in it for them and they want you to work they way they want you to or else. I have just fired them due to there lack of understanding and bed side manor. I stonly recomend going with a bigger firm who has more experience in these amtter so get the money you deserve. I would have not know the way they work if I did not get a call from the lawyer who was working from home while her baby was screemer, she kept geting upset with me when she should be looking after her child. They should look into hiring baby sitters to help, but I dought they have any money to do this if they treat all there clients this way. Today I felt that they thought I was some poor man from the trailer park and they dont know that I live in a very nice home, drive very nice cars and have a great amout of money in the bank. In short run from this company and never look back.
