Brief Reviews: I had the good fortune of finding this firm! I highly recomend this office and I did not recomend attorney's until now. You will find that they are well versed as well as honest. Compare their standards to having a skilled brain surgeon operating on you and in addition they are ethical. Your chances of sucess are exponential! Some professionals have great bedside manners but lack skills. Others have skills but their manners ruin the relationship. It is rare when you find the best of both at the same time, grab it while you can! They keep their overhead down , yet use the latest equiptment, the new laws are complicated and Hill and Morris make it simple. All you have to do is listen and they are listening to you and fully undestand your needs and can deliver. You can pay more for a larger law firm with recent law graduates and get served by an associate or a paralegal. This firm is hands on . You will sense this after your first visit. There prices are fair and below the value given. I do not give kudo's but for rare occasions. We all have to make choices in life which have consequences. To put it simply Hill and Morris is an uncommon cut above, in a sea of suits that take your money and do not perform at their level. If you need counsel for your own welfare you will find in my opinion of dealing with Attorneys for over 2 decades the utilization of their expertise is a "Prefferred Choice" you will long be happy with. I was lucky. This is a formal recomendation and that goes farther in positive results then flipping through the yellow pages or internet. Good luck and do not overlook this firm. That would be a poor choice. Again I wish you the best! I fill good about recomending this firm as I do not particularly care for the politics of law. however these partners are not political roll players and you get the best advice of seasoned veterans. Brief Reviews: I was somewhat intimidated to meet with an attorney to have my estate plan drafted up, but after meeting with Bill Walker my fears seem silly. Now that I have a Living Trust in place, my mind is at ease and I know that my wishes will be carried out. If you are looking to have an estate plan prepared for yourself, or possibly are in need of a good Probate attorney, he is definately the guy to see. Also, the girls that work in his office are very nice and friendly. They are always happy on the phone, and in person. Bill, thank you for making this process so easy and hassel free, and for providing me with the direction, planning and piece of mind that you offer.
