Brief Reviews: I have a very big complaint against Crescrent Bank. I had two loans with them. This started back in 2002 I got a my daughter a car with Action Fin. in Portsmouth Ohio. Then in 4-23-04 we got a personal loan of 2,500.00 and used my van as collateral. We paid that loan loan off in May of 2006. Anyway Action Fin. went out of business Dec 2005. They sold it to Crescrent Bank on Jan.2006. After I have made payments they would call and tell me I didn't pay and they can make me pay again and the law is on there side. Well, I had to get a copy of the checks and fax it to them. Well, when the Hurricane Katrina hit that was a real miss for us I sent my payment a week before the hurricane and they didn't get. Anyway I paid the personal loan off in 06. And I paid it thru Western Uion and I told them that I need the title to my Van. They sent me a title to my daughter car mark paid in full. All the org. loan papers mark paid in full. I sent a letter and ask them there the title to my van. I didn't get any respone back. I told them that one loan was paid and they are the one that sent the title and loan paper to the car free and clear. So now they are suing us on March the 14 2008. I have to move fast on this.
