Brief Reviews: DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!!! Seriously, stay away. I paid them $3,000 to prepare my taxes. After many hours of phone call (not getting anyone on the phone to see what is going on) I still can not get any info on where we are in the process. I signed a contract in January. They promised everything would be complete and submitted within 2 week. It is now may they they haven't done anything. The level of incompetence at this firm is beyond belief.
