Brief Reviews: We filed a Chapter 13 last fall. Richard Wright & Assoc. handled the filing, but was not much help beside that. When I called with questions, they had no advice for rebuilding credit. Susan, the paralegal at the time, was very nearly useless. She seemed unable or unwilling to impart any advice, knowledge, or even opinions. Also, my filing fee miraculously increased! It was worked into the monthly payments, so I imagine they get away with that kind of thing often. I would not refer them to an enemy.
