Brief Reviews: I couldn't help but respond to the poor review above. I have worked with For Sale by Owner Registry and Mr. Robert F. Wray many times. This is exactly as it appears to be. You do NOT "buy" your signs, you put a deposit down on them and are expected to return them in the same condition you got them. This is spelled out in a contract you sign when you pick up your signs and flyers (which are lovely and Mr. Wray makes them for you). All that Mr. Wray asks is that you clean them off with soap and water and return them when you sell your house and you get your deposit back. I'm not sure where this is more expensive than a realtor. I don't want to give a realtor 7% of my equity that I have worked hard to get in the time I have spent in my home. I would prefer to use that towards a newer home. If you would like to pay a realtor $7000.00 to do exactly what Mr. Wray's program does then that is your business, I would prefer to have that in my pocket. I and many of people I know would use this program again and with a smile our faces.
