Brief Reviews: I did not have the best experience with Julie O'Donnell. She was extremely difficult to get in touch with. Whenever you call the office, she is always "at a client closing". Doesnt matter when you call, she is at closing 24hours a day. If you want to close a house in Hoboken, you really need to stay on top of her because she will move the process forward unless you remind of tasks to do. With Julie, you really have to micro-manage the entire process. Problem is: she is extremely slow, unresponsive, and lacks motivation in helping you close. This is because she will get paid her attorney fee regardless with what happens to your closing.
