Brief Reviews: There seems to be no end to the surprises and drawbacks that arise when you are working in a business capacity with someone these days. As such I would like to share my positive experience with Alan Golden.
I had been through a great deal of frusteration with a car company that apparently thought that they didn't have to stand behind their warranty and basically told me to get lost. I approached several Lawyers and found different things, none that were good. Some Lawyers sensing that my case wasn't a slam dunk told me that my situation wouldn't fall under the Lemon Law. Another firm sounded great until they asked for $1700.00 that was a retainer and as such I couldn't get it back even if I won. Then I met Mr. Golden. He inspected my car and looked at the facts of my case. He felt that my case was strong but that we would probably have to fight for to win it. Indeed we did, and ultimatly received an out of court settlement.
To sum it up Mr. Golden not only got me the result that I hoped for but there was never any guess work with him, he always did what he said he would do and he operates at the highest level of profesional standards that one could ask for.

Brief Reviews: My brother in law was driving my car. he got struck from behind from a young lady that driving her Dad car. the car was driving is insured under her dad name, but, she has no driving license. I made a proper calim thru her Dad insurance. her Dad insurance denied the coverage without any legitimate reason. I tried to find out the reason for denying the claim, they said it is a coverage issue only, we cannot give you the reason because this is private information.
