Brief Reviews: The woman working here was friendly and helpful as I had a medical document needed faxed. The line was busy to the place I was faxing and I had a crying baby and had to leave. We were able to make copies of my documents and she continued to try the fax until it went through without me being there. It was a very important document and I could not wait with the baby so I am very grateful. Excellent customer service!

Brief Reviews: I really hate to give a business a bad review, but I feel it is a must in this situation. When I first started selling on eBay (over a year ago) I was shipping my item(s) to the costumer through this postal annex (16409 SE Division). I would calculate shipping threw the shipping calculator on eBay, and the prices would be fairly low. But when I would come to this postal annex the prices would be so much greater than what the eBay shipping calculate said they would be. I even told the man working there ( I believe who may have been the owner) that shipping was suppose to be only 4 dollars not 17! He then told me that before I post my listings to come by and have the item weighed "because he didn't want his costumers to lose any money". Later I found out, and I will admit, that yes, it was my own ignorance, that the postal annex is only a 3rd party, and ships items for the US postal service (USPS) and is not a branch there of, and they charge you 3-4+ times the price it is to ship through the USPS. This was my fault completely, but it wouldn't of hurt for them to let me know why I had miscalculated the shipping by so much; and in turn I lost a good deal of money. Last time I dealt with them, I had called and ask how much insurance was to ship a $2,000 coin. The woman said, "We cant do that! Do you have proof it is worth that much! I told her I did, and we talked and she said to come over the next day and we might be able to work something out. I then look on the USPS website and found it was only several dollars, and I'm sure a lost less than what they (postal annex/16409 SE Division) would have charged me. I'm unable to say how well there other services are. I will not be back to this Postal Annex.
