Brief Reviews: I sent four packages on 12/18/07 all of them with Next Day Air and paid $50 average per package. The packages were drop off at this particular store at 4:00pm. The store has a 5:00pm cut off time so I expect those packages to go out on 12/18. But they did not go out until 12/19, one day later. I went and asked the store manager why it was delayed; he was very rude and did not even care to spend 30 seconds to talk to me. He said it was not their fault, they hold nothing back, it must been the driver???s fault. But when I checked the tacking numbers online, it said the packages were not picked up until 12/19. UPS Stores should be about service and prompt delivery. When I paid $50 a package on Next Day Air, I expect them to be delivered the Next Day, not the day after. Go to another UPS Store not this one, if you expect to be treated nicely or to get your package deliver on time.
