Brief Reviews: MSP adds a 65% mark-up on packages shipped via USPS. I went in to check on status of a package shipped via USPS from Fayetteville to Chicago after the package was not delivered in one week. MSP said that they would not look into the status of the package until 15 working days had past. In short, after the package was still not delivered after two weeks and not knowing if I could contact USPS myself, I took matters into my own hands and contacted USPS. After USPS verifed that the insurance number on the MSP receipt was a valid USPS number, USPS was able to locate the package in less than two minutes. The package sat in Chicago for one week and was now on it's way back to Fayetteville with additional charges pending. Beware! If something goes wrong, your on you own. I wouldn't ship anything from this place that is worth more than just a few bucks.

Brief Reviews: I couldnt believe how much good information they provided in their free credit "repair" seminar. I thought that was a hook to pull me in for some expensive scheme, but I scheduled a consultation anyway. After reviewing my situation, i was surprised at how affordable the full service options were. But I was even more surprised when my counselor suggested that based on what I needed done I could probably accomplish the same outcomes on my own. She recommended a few books to help me and I was able to do exactly whats she said. I was so impressed with the company's intefrity, I switched to them to prepare my taxes this year. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
