Brief Reviews: After paying for a package to be delivered to my family , I received a letter from UPS that there was insufficient packaging and to please come back to the store and pick up the package. Well due to being out of town and a busy schedule, I attempted to return, to find the store closed on Saturday at 4:30 pm and so after several weeks since receiving the letter, I come to the store to retrive my undeliverable package and was told that it was thrown out. Yes my two photo albums, consiting of wedding albums for my parents and ailing grandmother, was tossed into the garbage last week. What kind of business tosses out merchandise that does not even belong to them. I am furious and will do everything in my power to boycot this business.
