Brief Reviews: Scott was very patient with my inexperience on a first eviction and repeated and explained patiently when I didn't understand. He followed through on return phone calls on the dates he promised to call. The pay-as-you-go was what I needed to try to keep the expense of the eviction as low as possible. When we went to court, all I had to do was stand next to him as he made his legal points to have the judge sign the judgment. I live out of state and followed his recommendations on every step, feeling I was in competent hands after feeling helpless prior to contacting him on a problem tenant. Do yourself a favor and use Scott Eller as your attorney.
