Brief Reviews: On May 6th at around 1:40 pm I was coming for Wal-Mart from buying my son some pampers. I approached over on the highway and the Kwik n go would be on my right and the police was coming from that right side trying to make a right hand turn. When making the right hand turn he was about 3 cars behind me one being a bus and then a volkswagon beetle then the police. When I approached the 3 way stop I made a left hand turn and went into that gas station where I would go into the store to get me a jolly rancher drink. When I left out of the store the police officer was waiting around the store harrassing me because I had Georiga tags and followed me out of the gas station. About 1/2 a mile down the road going towards Becker I was stopped because he said that my tags where expired. He asked me for registration, driver's license and proof of insurance which I provided also with the up to date registration was shown to the officer as well. He then asked me to step out of the vehicle and search the vehicle without probable cause. When searching the vehicle he found a 10 pack of beer that had never been open and me being from Georiga I had know idea that it was a dry county. Also my wife was with me which is really why I need your help. She was searched by a male officer and they found a little bit of marijuana in her purse, probable about a joint, but the police had no reason to search her expecially being male officers. I was immediately handcuffed and so was she. I never was read my right and I never recieved any citations for these charges as well. I feel like I was harrassed and the police made racial comment about I have to be a drug dealer because I have big rims, T.V.'s in my car and a system, but I earned at that from staying 13months in Iraq. This is my wife's first offense and Im trying to keep it off of her record because we've been through alot and don't need this. Please give me a call if you can help! Brief Reviews: Mr. Kenney has a very impressive style. He is diligent, motivated and extremely organized. He not only knows the law, but he understand the client and gives them a good experience. He worked on our condo closing and up to the last minute he was putting pieces in place to ensure it went off without a hitch. He always kept up his "we will get it done" attitude. At our closing he was greeted with a very unprofessional and unorganized setting at the sellers attorney's office. Mr. Kenney right away stepped up to the plate commandeered the whole process allowing it to go very smoothly. Every step of the way from when we hired him to our final walk through, he was patient with us, explaining all the facets of the process with our bank and familiarizing us with documentation. Mr. Kenney is a perfectionist, competitor and an attorney I am glad is in my corner. After our move, my wife and I did some renovations and had a little mis-communication with our contractors and condo board. Mr. Kenney, knew exactly how to defuse the situation, bringing the appropriate facts to light. Its a pleasure to work with someone who loves what he does and cares about who he is doing it for. I have already recommended his services to a friend, who had a similar pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend his services going forward.
