Brief Reviews: I've had nothing but positive experiences when I've gone to SMCC albeit I only go there when I'm ill or injured. All the doctors and staff I have dealt with have been polite and professional. I have seen people lose their temper with the staff because they were of the opinion that their brand of suffering was worse than others who had been waiting patiently. News flash: That's what emergency rooms are for. Put in perspective: The lady at the front desk wasn't ignoring me, she was on the phone and didn't wish to be rude to the person on the line. The tech who told me I had to go to Campbell to get my x-rays wasn't being a pain, he was only telling me what he was told by my HMO. I sat in the waiting room because I was a walk in and there were people with appointments and others who had arrived there before me. I was not left waiting because the staff were in the back watching a soap opera.
