He will make promises he can't deliver. Check out his creditials and educational background on the Texas Bar Association. For what he will charge, get a REAL, skilled attorney not a country bumkin.

Brief Reviews: I recently had the misfortune of being involved indirectly and charged with an offense that was very serious and distressing, to say the least. In this case we were willing to plead the facts before a jury in court. Because of my personal situation and the particulars involved, I chose not to proceed to trial. Had we done so I felt confident that with Mr. Simonsen defending me, I would have ultimately prevailed. Rather, and according to my request, he arranged a plea bargain that was superior to my expectations. He has a very pleasant attitude and a strong assured demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of serious criminal defense.
