My case was botched due to lack of communication with the attorney, my decree was in error by the other attorney and overlooked by mine, and now I can't get anyone to call me to tell me how I can fix it! He did not submit any evidence for my hearing either! I would never recommend him to ANYONE!!!!

Brief Reviews: Attorney James Novak did an Excellent job on my DUI Case. I was told by other attorneys that my chances of getting my DUI case dismissed was slim to none. Mr. Novak made no promises other than, he would do everything he could to get a good outcome. HE GOT MY CASE COMPLETELY DISMISSED! He gave me personalized attention. He made himself available for all my calls, and questions.He was proactive, and aggressive and fought for my rights. And to top it off, his fee was flat and affordable as compared to some of the other quotes I got. Do it right the first time. Retain James Novak, if you find yourself or someone you know in need of a Criminal or DUI Attorney. I certainly will!
