Brief Reviews: Thomas Burbank practice is dishonest, unprofessional and he will scheme you out of your money and he will leave you hanging in the process. His practice is unethical and unprofessional. I am a living witness and I am able to provide proof. He says he will represent you 150% but that's only to get your money. He only gives you less than 20%. Then he will avoid you at every angle. He was supposed to be representing me in my child custody case. Instead he was plotting behind my back and making phony decisions that I had no knowledge of. He was even at the courthouse trying to get me denied access to my son then when he got caught in the act. He tried to avoid me to keep from explaining to me what was going on.. Then when I request for my files, he filed a Motion to Withdraw as council and to this day I still have not received my files. He also failed to return calls from CAAP who was trying to assist me in getting my files. He never had a file which explain why he can't produce my files and he refuse to give me my money back. He will mislead you and misrepresent you if given the chance.
