Brief Reviews: I was hurt at work and had to have back surgery. My employer refused to accept responsibility for the accident, and I was looking at 6 weeks off with no pay. I hired Mr. Besse based on a recommendation of a friend who had used him for a worker's comp case before. Mr. Besse took the time to actually meet me at my home, and was very down to earth and helpful. I ended up getting my medical treatment and lost wages paid for by work comp, and a very favorable lump sum settlement. I would recommend anyone with a job related injury to hire Mr. Besse--not only does he have an amazing knowledge of work comp law, he was always approachable and returned my phone calls promptly.

Brief Reviews: Sorry to crib from Bob Seger, but that is exactly how this firm operates. You are a number to them, not a person. They handle a large volume of personal injury and work comp clients. Arthur Kase is senile and lazy. No one in this firm tries cases, and Kase will not even recognize you, if he even works on your case at all (which is doubtful, he usually farms out his work to an inexperienced associate.). Do yourself a favor and call a law firm that actually tries cases and cares about clients.
