From the supplier: Personal auto policies may not cover drivers of corporate-owned and insured vehicles for accidents arising out of the operation of such vehicles for business purposes if the drivers are not employees of the corporation. Such drivers would be covered under a corporation's insurance policy if the accident involved non-corporate-owned rental vehicles, as it would be understood that such drivers were renting the vehicles on behalf of the company.
